Fee payment
Pay school fees online by UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking or wallet.
How online fee payment works
Fees are paid through the parent portal. When you sign in you see exactly what is due term by term, with the amount already worked out from your child's fee record — there is nothing to calculate and no amount to type in.

Sign in with your admission number
The first time, use the admission number and your child's date of birth, then choose a password. After that it is admission number and password.

Choose which terms to pay
Tick one term or several. The total is shown before you go anywhere near a payment page.

Pay on CCAvenue's secure page
UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking or wallet. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own page — the school never sees or stores them.

Download your receipt
The receipt is generated the moment the payment is confirmed, and emailed to you as well. Every past receipt stays available in your account.
Transaction charges
These are the payment gateway's charges, not the school's. UPI and RuPay cards carry no charge — they are the cheapest way to pay.

GST and any other applicable taxes are charged in addition by the payment gateway. All charges are subject to the codes issued by the gateway.
Paying at the school office
Cash, cheque, demand draft and bank transfer are all still accepted at the office during working hours. Ask for a receipt — it is entered into the same system, so it shows in your online fee record too.
If something goes wrong
If money leaves your account but the payment shows as failed or pending, do not pay again. Banks sometimes confirm late. Note the reference shown on screen and call the office on 04563-257744. The transaction will be traced and credited. Genuinely failed payments are refunded automatically by the bank, usually within five to seven working days.
Fees once paid are not refundable or transferable.
